Donating, Surviving, Sculpting

Photographic Narrative:

My social awareness issue was organ donation. I combined nude black and white photography
with precise line work of certain organs to portray these organs.

The book is divided into three distinct sections:
Donating, Surviving, and Sculpting.

Donating:

Explains exactly what organs can be donated, religious aspects about donating, and how to become a donor. The photography was a challenge, because of the nudity but in the end the results were pleasing.

Surviving:

Examines the black market of organ donation.

Sculpting:

Looks at the possibilities of sculpting the perfect body through organ donation. The imagery here, are imagery referring to the human body that is seen as ideal: voluptuous bum, slender body, lavishing legs, and piercing eyes.
